It was the second day of MBC's '2016 Idol Star Athletics Championship' on February 10, and it was the girl group members' turn to fight for the gold!

In the semi-finals, Nine Muses' Kyung Li and EXID's Solji went head to head the first match, and Solji managed to flip Kyung Li over. In the second bout, EXID's LE defeated Nine Muses' Sojin, giving EXID the win with 2 out of 3 rounds. Also in the semi-finals were TWICE and A Pink. In the first round, TWICE's Jungyeon beat A Pink's Eunji, and in the second, A Pink's Bomi won the round versus TWICE's Momo. In the final round, Nayeon took the win for TWICE against A Pink's Hayoung. 

Ultimately, it was TWICE and EXID who fought for the gold medal. Momo defeated Hyerin, LE overtook Nayeon in the second round, putting the two girl groups at a tie. Finally, EXID's Solji used her incredible strength to defeat TWICE's Jungyeon, giving EXID the final win and the gold medal!
