On the February 10 airing of JTBC's 'Mary and I,' Shim Hyung Tak and iKON's Kim Ji Hwan became the surrogate owners of a poor kitty cat named Lucky, whose hind legs were completely paralyzed from an accident. �
Jin Hwan, who has never taken care of an animal with a disability before, said a bit nervously, "I don't know what I have to do. I think special care [for the cat] will be needed today."�
Because Lucky's hind legs were paralyzed it couldn't properly release its bowels and needed to wear diapers at all times. Shim Hyung Tak and Jin Hwan's task of taking care of Lucky involved helping the cat release its bodily waste. Careful not to hurt the cat, Shim Hyung Tak gently squeezed the lower body of the cat while Jin Hwan stood by with a diaper in his hand.
It's clear that neither star is used to taking care of a cat, especially a cat with a disability, but it's sweet to see them treating the poor creature so gently!�
