That is exactly what South Korea got when they had responded to the North's fourth nuclear testing in January with some good ol' psychological warfare (blasting K-Pop over the 38th parallel).
North Korea immediately gave their answer to South's K-Pop with balloons including propaganda messages that read, "Stop the anti-North psychological warfare broadcasts that light the fuse of war," "Knock out the gang of Park Geun-hye, who aggravated North-South relations by resuming anti-North psychological broadcasts," and described the president as "political filth." The balloons were also filled with trash, cigarette butts, and tissue paper smeared with waste.
Thanks, but no thanks to your ehh...gifts, North Korea.
