As it was his first couple shoot since debut, N said, "It was my first time setting up a romantic relationship and filming like that, so I was very nervous." When asked how it would be for him if this were to happen in real life, he said, "I never tried imagining I was in the protagonist's situation. I think I'd be able to know the actual state of mind if something like that really happened. I will consider and go with what my girlfriend wants, whether she wants to reveal it firmly or to hide.
"To truly be honest, I don't have any desire to date right away, right now. There are definitely times I feel lonely, but I only have the dream of having a fiery love someday. Right now, there is more earnestness than love. It is an extremely banal thing to say, but right now, there are a lot of things I want to do as VIXX's N and as the actor Cha Hak Yeon.
