Last September, Swings was officially discharged from the army due to mental illness. At the time he had said, "For the rest of my period of service, I will only focus on getting better and will not take part in commercial activity."
But then earlier this month, the rapper was caught taking part in commercial activity (working for profit) by giving rap lessons. His rap lessons were advertised by his agency Just Music.
So earlier today in a Ustream broadcast, Swings apologized about his scandal.
He explained his current situation as he said, "I recently moved but didn't have enough money."
He explained that he is currently repaying his mother's debt. He didn't have much money left in his bank account and admitted he was always in a [financially] insufficient circumstance.
About promising that he wouldn't take part in commercial activity, he said, "I wanted to say that I'm sorry." He admitted that what he said in September was a thoughtless remark.
He promised that he will take part in free or public service broadcasts, but will not take part in performances or music promotions which have profit.
About the rap lessons, he explained, "It was something I had continued on doing from the past."
