A recent airing of Channel A's 'I Heard a Rumor Show' brought up the big three entertainment companies, SM, YG, and JYP, and stated that JYP was saved thanks to Suzy.
The rumor brought up on the show was "Suzy saved J.Y. Park." Regarding this, Kim Yeon Ji stated, "After Suzy became the nation's first love through movie 'Architecture 101,' she earned 10 billion KRW (~ 8 million USD) through CFs alone. That's why she got the title '10 billion KRW Girl.' When you look at stuff like that, Suzy really fed and saved JYP."
Hong Suk Chun said, "Also, I heard that the person who told J.Y. Park to do 'Who's Your Mama?' with Jessi was Suzy. Suzy has a good enough eye to save J.Y. Park." Kang Il Hong added, "Suzy is responsible for over 90% of the profits from miss A. Suzy's status in JYP is incredible."
