The police force of Korea have stepped up to save the day by donating their blood when MERS resulted in a decline of population, which ultimately led to a crisis of a shortage in the blood supply.
According to what Central Police Academy stated Monday, around 400 of police officers in training donated their blood the same day starting at 5pm. Korean National Police University, Police Training Institute, Koran Police Investigation Academy, and other police agencies around the country will also partake in the group blood donation next month.
