Recall the previous story with your favorite ABC's about a former regional beauty pagent winner and current rookie girl group member in her twenties, A, who claimed boyfriend C raped her so she wouldn't get in trouble with her sponsor (someone who provides money for sexual favors), B?
SBS's 'One Night of TV Entertainment' delved into the story on January 27 to find more information about it. The production crew stated, "A is a rookie girl group member who debuted last year who has had a career on TV even before." A's father stated on the show, "At first, even we believed that our daughter was the criminal. [But] everything about a sponsor is a lie." He let the production crew listen to a recording of A and B talking, stating that their relationship had not been good.

Another stated that B was not A's sponsor, rather the two had a senior-junior relationship. After hearing that A had been threatened by C, B had decided to help her out. Her friend likewise stated, "She had broken up with her previous boyfriend. It isn't a sponsored relationship - they're just a couple." According to these statements, that means the man, B, who beat up ex C was not a sponsor, rather her current boyfriend or a senior.
On the other hand, C stated, "In the charge made to the court, they were charged for being in a sponsored relationship. A and B both acknowledged the charge. I dated A for a year. How could the two of them be in a romantic relationship and in a senior-junior relationship? The two even went on vacation overseas. I'm just saying the truth."
A's attorney stated that the two met as workers at an insurance company and remained close. The purpose was not to raise awareness of her girl group promotions, rather she did a variety of work at the insurance company and even a shopping mall in order to sustain a living.
Looks like prosecution is asking for 2 years in prison for A and 7 for B.
