When asked about his comeback album, Psy said, "The title of the 7th album is '7th Album Psyder.' It's a parody of the soft drink that everyone enjoys drinking. It's my attempt at trying to find my roots / originality."
When asked about netizens comments online, he stated, "Honestly speaking, I don't really read comments. In the last 2 to 3 years, there are just a few comments that I read on online news sites. Most comments read, 'Just let it go now,' 'Go back to your former self,' and 'Go back to the days when your armpit would sweat.'

"As I read those comments I'd think, if a person who has never received compliments starts receiving them, then that person goes crazy," passively admitting that he was drunk on the compliments and the attention he received for "Gangnam Style."
Psy continued, "Ever since 2012 to two years after, I've experienced unrealistic things on a daily basis to the point where I'd wonder if it was going to be okay. I went crazy. It was impossible for me not to go crazy in that kind of atmosphere. Fortunately, I've gone through various things so I was able to control the craziness."
In addition to being completely open about his days in the United States and the aftermath of his globally hit track, Psy also admitted to having caught the 'American-disease' which was why it took him so long to make his comeback.
Meanwhile, Psy will be making a comeback in Korea with his 7th album, '7th Album Psyder' on December 1.
