tvN's drama 'Reply 1988' is sure to be a hit just like its predecessors, and fans have been talking ever since a producer spilled some of the beans about the story at the press conference on November 5.
Producer Shin Won Ho shared, "It was the same when it was announced that 'Reply 1988' was being planned as well as when the cast was revealed. It's always been about finding the husband," referring to the series common theme of hiding the identity of the female protagonist's husband.
He continued, "Some people are writing that there will be no search for the husband, but I'm telling you that there has to be romance. We can't leave out the first love and past times from the story. I'm also saying that there will be a family story, but there will also be a story about finding the husband."
