Model-turned-actor Nam Joo Hyuk is all set to act in new tvN drama, 'Cheese in the Trap'!
The drama's side revealed on July 3 that he has been cast as Kwon Eun Taek, who is always sticking to Hong Seol (played by Kim Go Eun) and Bora (casting unknown). He's a junior to the two of them, so it's likely he'll be the cute and romantic 'yunhanam (younger man).' In the original web toon, Kwon Eun Taek is a tall and god-looking guy with a cute way of speaking. He seems a bit silly, but he's actually very manly and dependable, which is why the character received so much love.

The production company stated, "We judged that the Eun Taek character's manly yet peculiar charms matched well with the image Nam Joo Hyuk has. You'll be able to confirm a new charm from Nam Joo Hyuk through the role of Eun Taek."
Nam Joo Hyuk stated, "'Cheese in the Trap' was a web toon that I've always really liked, so it's a honor that I even get to appear in the drama. I will diligently prepare in order to show a good image."
Meanwhile, the main lead had been cast as Park Hae Jin very early on, with Kim Go Eun and now Nam Joo Hyuk joining the team.
