This past August 27, Lee Kwang Soo attended 'Korea Trade Promotion Corporation (KOTRA)'s '2015 Korea Brand & Hallyu Products Expo' as the honorary ambassador.
The actor was originally supposed to attend the expo for two consecutive days on August 27 and 28. However, right before the opening of the event, Chinese authorities stated, "Given Lee Kwang Soo's immense popularity, there is a risk of an accident," reducing Lee Kwang Soo's original two-day appearance down to one. It doesn't end there. For the increased safety of 'Asia's Prince', steps were taken to place him as far away from the venue of the event as possible.
Despite the complications surrounding his safety, Lee Kwang Soo was ever the gentleman during his fan meet, gifting every single fan with his signature and a warm hug.
According to an insider from the event, Lee Kwang Soo "touched the hearts of fans and everyone at the site with his gentle and affectionate manners. He is a top-notch Hallyu star, who is not only popular but also humble," sparing no compliments.
