On the episode, the Girls' Generation members went through common allegations made about the group, and Taeyeon and Yuri brought up the 'Girls' Generation diet.' A post online asserted that the diet was composed of cherry tomatoes, green peppers, cucumbers, and other fruits and vegetables.
Tiffany said, "There's a rumor that Girls' Generation only consume 800 calories. However, that's not the truth." Hyoyeon also added, "When we stand next to YoonA or Sooyoung, who don't gain weight even if they eat a lot, all the members end up looking skinny."
