Bae Yong Joon has officially filed a lawsuit against the netizens who made malicious comments about his wedding to actress Park Soo Jin. You may remember that a clip of the Hallyu actor's "naughty hands" at the wedding caused a stir online, and a netizen apologized for uploading the private event.
His agency Key East Entertainment announced on August 18 that he will be suing 30 or so netizens for writing malicious comments and spreading false rumors. The label stated, "A few netizens using the same IDs related to his recent wedding have been continuously and repeatedly spreading false rumors. We cannot allow these abusive attacks on his character to go on. We will be strongly going after these netizens through the law, and afterwards, we'll continue to go after other netizens who act this way."
Key East continued that though they understand that these comments come along with being a celebrity, these netizens have left hundreds of comments with malicious intent, causing them to take legal action.
