On this particular segment, DJ Kim Chang Ryul commented at Hyorin, "I noticed you came here early and was eating a hamburger." The other members, shocked by Hyorin's gluttony, clamored that they had arrived at the show with already full bellies and admonished Hyorin for eating again. At the group's accusation, Hyorin simply replied, "I wanted to eat both, so I ate both."
Kim Chang Ryul, naturally curious as to how Hyorin maintains her toned body despite eating everything she wants, asked her what the secret to not gaining weight is. What Hyorin does is common knowledge and pretty self-explanatory; she dispelled the erroneous belief that one needs to try all sorts of gimmicks in order to achieve the desired body. She explained, "You need to exercise regularly" Well, there you have it folks. The secret is out. Do you really have to make her say it again? She also explained that she "goes to the bathroom a lot."
The DJ then turned the topic of the 'summer image' that SISTAR has come to embod and asked about the pros and cons of keeping up with it. Soyu responded, "Because our songs are summer songs, we have to wear summer clothes even during winter. It's extremely cold." However, the summer image is also a motivation for Soyu to maintain her perfect bod. The singer explained, "These days my body reacts automatically. I naturally think that we will release an album come summer time. I find myself vigorously exercising when it's May. During that period I tell everyone around me, 'I'm going to diet.'"
