Previously, two members of Ilbe, Mr. Kim (20) and Mr. Cho (30), received harsh criticism for their inconsiderate act towards the victims of the Sewol Ferry incident by dressing up as a Danwon High School student and eating fish cake, saying that they were "eating their friends" (under the idea that their deceased friends have now become fish in the sea).
The results of their case were revealed on May 29 by the Ansan Branch of Suwon District under charges including offense. The two each received four months in prison, and Mr. Cho, who had not been physically detained before, has now been put under court custody.

Judge Park stated, "In my eyes, the victims of the Sewol Ferry incident received immense mental pain from the post by the defendants. This was their first offense and, in Mr. Kim's cause, he is autistic, so we considered his weak state of mind."
This is less than what prosecution had demanded (10 months), but do you think it's fair enough?
