Noh Min Woo's mother and his agency's CEO appeared on SBS's 'One Night of TV Entertainment' on May 13 to talk about his current strife with his past agency, SM Entertainment, as he'd claimed to be one of the first victims of its "slave contract" and "broadcast blacklisting."
She said, "Why else would I have made a company like this for my child when I know nothing [about entertainment]? Despite that, all the broadcasts are blocking him. Last Saturday, I saw that child [Noh Min Woo] wailing and crying for the first time ever. I, who watch that every day, am not living," and showed tears.

His lawyer stated, "Since 2010, he kept considering a lawsuit. He was hesitant because he was worried it might be even harder to appear on broadcasts. In his final stage of making a decision, he heard many reasons for being turned down, reasons that were hard for him to accept."
It seems he may have endured hardships for the last many years since leaving SM Entertainment, but believed enough was enough. What are your thoughts?
