Middle-aged woman is videotaped assaulting and cursing at a grandmother on the bus

A fair warning: Your blood may boil with anger because of the video above, which is gaining widespread attention online, of an unwarranted assault on a bus.

A video was captured aboard a bus in Cheongju in which a grandmother, A (76), sits down next to a woman in her 40's, B. Unfortunately for the grandmother, she proceeds to get smacked and cursed at cruelly by the fellow passenger to everybody's shock.  Even though the scared grandmother immediately gets up and sits somewhere else, B can be seen likewise standing and following A to continue the barrage of physical and verbal attacks.

At this point, however, it can be noted that a younger woman, C, steps up to intervene, attracting the attention of the assaulter.  For her efforts, C gets hit and cursed at, but is resilient, finally getting the woman to sit down back in her seat.  The young girl firmly stands there as a barricade to prevent the woman from getting back up. Two men can be seen likewise coming up to the woman to yell and curse at her, kicking her off the bus.

Afterwards, C made sure the grandmother was okay before continuing to deal with the other woman.  Applause for this brave woman!

Also, on May 1, the Cheongju Sangdang Police Station began their investigation into the video, revealing that the victim, A, came to the police and reported the incident, asking them to find the assaulter and punish her.

A rep from the police stated, "After we obtained the video that had been uploaded onto SNS, we were in the midst of finding out the victim's identity when A came into the police station and made a report. We've already found out the identity of the suspect, B, and after investigating B on the charges of bodily harm and the like, we will soon book her without detention."
