Yonhap News recently reported the story of a man who committed homicide after letting his temper and jealousy get the best of him during an intimate moment with his girlfriend.
A man identified as Mr. Im (39) attended his appeals trial on May 7 and was convicted of homicide for killing the woman he was living with at the time.
The report went on to claim that Mr. Im killed his girlfriend because she had called out another man's name while they were having sexual intercourse. Mr. Im lost his temper and proceeded to choke his girlfriend until she stopped breathing.

Mr. Im was revealed to have a checkered past and he was also previously hospitalized for schizophrenia. The report also added that he always had suspicions of his girlfriend cheating on him and had expressed his discomfort multiple times.
Meanwhile, the department of justice concluded, "According to the result of the psychiatric evaluations, the fact that he had admitted to committing the crime while he was feeble-minded justifies the judgment that was made in the original trial."
