According to the reports that were released on May 19, the former comedian was touching the private parts of a man, identified as 'A', while A was sleeping inside the sleeping room at a sauna located in Jongno, Seoul.
The police stated to the press, "Baek Jae Hyun admitted to most of the charges and the case will be sent over to the prosecutor's office accordingly."
Meanwhile, a past interview with Baek Jae Hyun resurfaced as the arrest reports went viral where the former comedian denied rumors that he was gay. Baek Jae Hyun said during the interview, "I am not gay, that's nonsense. This isn't worth even considering. It's shocking that rumors like that are going around."
