Singer JOO has signed with Woollim Entertainment following her departure from JYPE early this year.
According to an insider on April 7, the solo artist has joined Woollim Entertainment, which also houses acts like Nell, INFINITE, and Lovelyz. A rep from the label said, "JOO and we have decided to join together for the future. There was no particular connection, but we believe she has a lot of potential and came to this good conclusion after a meeting with her."
JOO became a trainee at JYP Entertainment after her appearance on the SBS show 'Superstar Survival' in 2006 and debuted in 2008 with 'Young Girl'.
