'Unpretty Rapstar' competitors Jessi, Tymee, and Yook Ji Dam discussed the powers of evil editing.
On the April 7th broadcast of SBS Power FM's 'Kim Chang Ryul's Old School', the three rappers were frank and open about their opinions about how they were edited to appear on the reality show. Yook Ji dam said, "I think they used evil editing powers for Jessi unni's diss rap. I wasn't scared, but it seemed like everyone was scared."
She went on, "When I saw the show, it looked like I wasn't as confident as I could be, so I wondered if I should've expressed myself more. It made me wish I would've spoken out more."
Tymee also shared, "For me, it's when I said they all seemed conniving. I just said it because we got closer to each other, but I felt wronged because that part kept getting aired. It also made me wonder if I spoke out too much. I don't like how I laughed... Watching the show, I realized that it could make people not take me seriously."
Jessi commented, "To be honest, everyone seemed conniving. We all tried to take care of our images. There are a lot of rappers who are conniving. I said they were conniving all the time in my interviews."
