Previously, the manager of Ladies' Code who was at the wheels when two members passed away in a fatal car crash revealed that he had finally managed to reach an agreement with the bereaved families.
On April 14, it was revealed that Mr. Park has now submitted the agreement to the Suwon District Court just the other day. It was also reported that as Mr. Park is currently imprisoned at a detention center, his mother personally went to the bereaved families and accomplished the settlement.

Meanwhile, he has been appealing for a lighter sentence while prosecution has been appealing for a heavier sentence, stating that a year and two months was not enough and demanding two years and six months. The result will be out later today on April 15 KST.
