'Maxim' recently dropped a behind-the-scenes video featuring the men of variety program 'Shin Dong Yup's Bachelor Party,' including Shin Dong Yup, Jo Se Ho, Kim Jong Min, VIXX's N, and Super Junior's Eunhyuk and Kangin.
They also dropped a transcript of this video, and one particular line listed under Kangin's name has caused some stir. When they were talking about which female star they would like to see or already enjoyed having as a guest on 'Bachelor Party', Kangin called out N for pretending to not be interested in all these female idol stars, but actually secretly knowing everybody. He mentioned the word "dog-trash" in his comment towards N, and this led fans to take a closer look into his other comments made during this segment as well as dig up some other 'evidence' that allegedly shows that the Super Junior member does not like the VIXX member.
During the friendly atmosphere, as they were talking about which female star they wanted to do a photo shoot with, Kangin pointed out that N knew all the girl groups, but would say he didn't, throwing in "dog-trash" in a light murmur. Although it's not so audible and might have been thrown there in a playful manner, netizens note it was neither the time nor place to say such a "disrespectful" thing on broadcast. In addition, at one point he makes a "threatening" remark towards N, asking somebody to bring him a stick.
In addition, netizens noted that Kangin failed to mention VIXX's N in a picture the men took during dinner four weeks ago. He mentions Shin Dong Yup, Jo Se Ho, Kim Jong Min, and even the absence of Eunhyuk, but does not bring up N.
Netizens are throwing angry comments in the YouTube video as well as the Instagram post, such as, "Oppa, i love u so much, but i'm so dissapionted on you, please Apologize N," "This picture is so trashy. Too bad your Immaturity made you crop out N. Maybe he would have made is easier to have to look at your old face," and, "We don't know what goes on behind the scenes but please act maturely on the scene. Words are powerful things and you should always think before you speak N did." On the other hand, some netizens are pointing out that, based on the video alone rather than merely reading a transcript, Kangin might have meant it in a joking and chummy manner due to the comfortable atmosphere.
What are your thoughts? Was Kangin just throwing around harmless jokes or do you think he was out of line?
