Ga In drops refreshing, summery 19+ rated MV for 'Apple' featuring Jay Park

Ga In previously raised questions about why her second title track "Apple" received a 19+ rating, and this proved to be quite legit when she finally dropped the MV!  The MV is surprisingly refreshing and summery, matching the upbeat tune of the track, so why was it rated mature?  


Dressed in red to match the color of an apple, Ga In cutely fools around with an exercising ball, rides a bicycle, and sprays a hose, clearly having a fun time despite being all by herself.  It ends with her taking a bite of the forbidden fruit?
