According to the legal circles on March 11, the Seoul Central District Court has designated April 8 as the date for Clara and Polaris Entertainment to argue the case regarding her contract with the agency.
As a refresher, back in December, Clara filed a complaint against the company's Chairman Lee for making her feel uncomfortable sexually, revealing she had wanted to end their contract in September. On the other hand, Polaris denied Chairman Lee had done anything inappropriate to make her feel this way and rather, she was behaving in this premeditated manner because she wanted the contract to be nullified.

In addition, Clara's rep revealed in an interview with a media outlet on the same day that their problems with advertisers following her controversy have been resolved. The rep stated, "We've decided to cancel the CFs with some and to continue as is with others. There will be no legal fight like we've worried about. It's a relief that everything was peacefully resolved.
Previously, they were of the mind to watch over this situation a little bit more, so the advertisers made this decision. Clara is currently residing in South Korea and preparing the process for dealing with the lawsuit against her previous agency."
