Jessi, who's made quite a name for herself as a competitor on 'Unpretty Rapstar', revealed that she and her onscreen nemesis Lil Cham actually get along behind the scenes.
In an interview with Osen on February 26, Jessi said, "The members on 'Unpretty Rapstar' all have different tastes and do well in their different fields. My diss was not that Lil Cham is not talented, it's that she became a target after I was eliminated on the first episode."
She went on, "To tell you the truth, I didn't know anything on the first and second episodes. A group of women who don't know each other got together, and in that state, we started a competition. Then I was eliminated and had a filming the next day, I felt it was more unfair than it was that I felt mad. I wanted to show something."
Explaining her random diss rap on an early episode, Jessi said, "I thought I should at least do something, so I wrote lyrics 30 minutes before filming. I thought it'd be better to say something than to just sit there."
In terms of Lil Cham, Jessi revealed, "In actually, we don't have a bad relationship. We usually contact each other back and forth."
