If you just can't get enough of the vibrant and refreshing new girl group, G-Friend, here's a dance practice video for you to learn their upbeat dance moves for "Glass Bead"!

While the energetic dance moves seem simple enough, the girls clearly need a lot of stamina for all the active moving and synchronized, snap-to movements, proving through this video how much they've practiced to make their performances perfect.
