CNBLUE's Jonghyun came out on the February 5 edition of MBC's 'My Young Tutor (previously translated: Tutoring Different Generations)' to show off his judo skills with athlete Song Ga Yeon!
Before his judo lesson, Jung Jae Hyun relayed his concerns: "I heard that you can break your fingers and such if you do judo. If you hurt them even a little bit, it could become a problem when playing the piano, so I'm a bit on guard about that."

Song Ga Yon responded with, "That's why you need to learn the forward roll. When I started, I also learned the forward roll a lot. I'm your opponent and I've enlisted the help of one person."
At that time, CNBLUE's Jonghyun made an appearance and Song Ga Yeon explained on the show that he's been doing mixed martial arts for about two years now, which is how they got close.
Jonghyun revealed, "I was [a judo] athlete in middle school. I won the gold medal in the Busan competition. My specialty is the sweeping hip throw," and did it gently to Jung Jae Hyun.
