On February 9, it was reported that Mr. Lee (40) was sentenced to five years of prison for raping his daughter's friend who was underaged.
In addition to the time that he will be spending in prison, the Daegu District Court Criminal Investigation Department also sentenced Mr. Lee to 40 hours of a sexual abuse treatment program.

According to the reports, Mr. Lee was charged with raping his daughter's friend after forcing her to drink alcohol at his house in Gyeongbuk back in September of last year.
The Department of Justice stated, "After considering the fact that the victim had been extremely terrified and sexually humiliated due to the incident as well as the physical and mental shock that she had gone through, we have come up with the sentence of imprisonment."
