K-Pop fans don't just fangirl over idols. They fangirl over ships and OTPs. "Ships," short for relationship, or "OTPs," an acronym for "one true pairings," refer to romantic pairings, either real or fictional. And as much as the K-Pop world is full of actual couples, slowly coming out of hiding one by one, there are many, many more fictional couples with their own fans and fan clubs.
Last time, we brought you '11 ships you wish were real.' Now, we bring you '12 MORE ships you wish were real,' because there's just too many awesome OTPs that can't go unmentioned. Check it out!

JongKey: Jonghyun x Key
SM Town is rife with OTPs, and one of the most famous pairings is none other than SHINee's Jonghyun and Key! Best friends in real life, JongKey are inseparable as they spend their spare time together drinking, shopping, and who knows what. They have an open, honest, and even healthy relationship that most couples would be envious of. Could these two friend-soulmates be more than bros? Judging from their intimacy, anything is possible in the mind of an imaginative fangirl. Nudge, nudge, wink, wink.
Jackji: Jackson x Youngji
Although 'Roommate' was an unfortunate dud during its first season, it came to life when rookies GOT7's Jackson and KARA's Youngji joined in with their cute bickering. Jackson is particularly affectionate towards his on-screen "wife," showing a swoon-worthy sweet and caring side to his usual dorky self. Seeing how silly and derpy Youngji is on her own, it's no wonder these two were attracted to each other like magnets since their TV union!
Eunguk vs. Hoguk
While 'Reply 1997' was a nostalgic throwback for some viewers, it was fangirl stew for others. Male lead Seo In Guk was the lucky hunk the middle of an adorable love triangle with A Pink's Eunji and INFINITE's Hoya acting as contenders for his heart. Sparks flew and the tension was definitely there--amongst both the characters and the actors. Now fans are just left to wonder which actor pairs had the best chemistry--Eunji and Seo In Guk (Eunguk) or Hoya and Seo In Guk (Hoguk)?
What do you think, Eunguk?
Or Hoguk?
Chandara: Chanyeol x Dara
EXO's Chanyeol is a total puppy in love when it comes to 2NE1's Dara. Known to be a Dara fan ever since pre-debut, EXO-Ls and Blackjacks alike giggle whenever they find clips and shots of Chanyeol spazzing beside his goddess or simply staring at her awkwardly. The above picture is a pretty famous one that sums up the two idols' relationship. Even Dara gave it a like on Instagram, making fans wonder if Chanyeol possibly ascended fanboy status and is now in the game.
Aww yeah, Chanyeol. You go playa.
WooGyu: Woohyun x Sunggyu
Although it is known among INSPIRITS that Sunggyu used to actually dislike Woohyun at first, Woohyun must have eventually won Sunggyu over with his aegyo magic because now the two INFINITE members are known to be close, even best friends. This is a love-hate K-Drama relationship come to life, now if only they can reach that stage where they realize that they're secretly in love. Hey, a fangirl can dream, right?
SkyDragon: CL x G-Dragon
King and Queen of the stage, G-Dragon and CL know how to transform a concert into an amazing party with their charisma, talent, and swag. It's no surprise that these two complement each other's fire and are often seen having fun during a performance together, even hugging it out. Known to be good friends backstage, G-Dragon and CL would totally make the perfect power couple with their bold style and general badassery.
Taecyoon: Taecyeon x YoonA
Once upon a time, 2PM's Taecyeon and Girls' Generation's YoonA were a media favorite. Constantly paired together via collaboration stages and variety shows, it seemed as if the world thought the two were simply meant to be. And who could blame that logic? With YoonA's unmatched beauty and Taecyeon's beastly good looks, these two made up a 'Beauty and the Beast' type of couple--mixing femininity and ultimate manliness to create a sexy union and a hot topic.
Monday Couple: Gary x Song Ji Hyo
The K-Pop world wept when actress Song Ji Hyo revealed that she was dating her agency's CEO and thus, not available for her on-screen almost-boyfriend, Leessang's Gary. Song Ji Hyo and Gary made viewers fall head over heels for their super cute, flirty dynamic on 'Running Man,' so it's no wonder when rumors regarding Song Ji Hyo leaving her company perhaps due to a breakup got fans excited. Those rumors have since remained rumors, but who knows. Maybe one day, Gary will have a chance. 'Til then, say hello to the friendzone.
Kryber: Krystal x Amber
f(x) members Krystal and Amber are often shipped because of their fairytale-like relationship. Amber even refers to Krystal as her princess and serves her as if she were her Prince Charming. Amber's love for her fellow reserved and anxious f(x) member is endless and really shows when she annoys Krystal affectionately via Instagram videos.
JongBin: Lee Jong Suk x Kim Woo Bin
The bromance of bromances, Jongbin features two up-and-coming actors who first became popular as a pair when they co-starred in the drama 'School 2013.' They played good friends and then became close behind-the-scenes as well to the point that Lee Jong Suk even teared up when Kim Woo Bin came to visit him during a birthday fanmeeting. The feels are real with this one.
Onew x Chicken
Lastly, but not least, we must honor the OTPs of all OTPs--Onew and chicken. You think you like chicken? Well then you haven't met Onew. They say that Onew's chicken obsession was first showcased when SHINee did 'Hello Baby.' Although tasked with taking care of a baby, once Onew set his eyes on the luscious curves of the crispy chicken, he was gone. Screw the baby, THERE IS CHICKEN TO BE EATEN.
True love, folks. True. Love.
Onew and chicken are my fav ship on this list ngl. It made me crack up so hard. So unexpected yet so needed at the same time. Now that is quality content.😂🤣👏
