During the press conference for the movie 'Cat Funeral' held at CGV Cinema in Wangsimni-dong, Seoul on January 7, Kangin, who plays a musician in the movie, was asked if he has plans on making a solo debut offscreen. He yelled, "I don't," to send the message loud and clear, bringing laughs.
Kangin added, "I have no plans for a solo debut now or in the future, and neither does my agency... In the case of my OST for the movie, Yiruma made a good song for me, so I wanted to do it. I kept on making adjustments to my recording to the point that some might have thought it was extreme... But I have no plans for a solo debut."
