Hong Jin Young deemed as HyunA of trot on 'Weekly Idol'

Hong Jin Young danced to the beat of HyunA's "Red" and "Bubble Pop", garnering much attention for her impressive moves. It was also revealed that she was initially known as the 'HyunA of the trot industry,' surprising the two MCs.

As soon as her brief dance session ended, the singer shyly admitted that she has never danced to such songs on air, bringing out laughter with her unexpectedly coy personality. 

In addition, Hong Jin Young also flaunted her ability to sing when the MCs requested that she sing idol songs such as "Some" and IU's "Good Day". The trot singer also showed off her signature 3-level aegyo, melting the viewers of 'Weekly Idol'.
