On this day, when asked if he had taken ecstasy on May of 2012, along with Mr. Kim and Mr. Song, Mr. Bae answered, "Yes."

Then, when Mr. Bae was asked if he had purchased ecstasy and meth from Bumkey multiple times between the years 2012 and 2013, Mr. Bae answered, "Yes." Mr. Bae also disclosed at the trial that he had previously falsely testified that he did not buy from Bumkey during past investigations in order to protect Bumkey's celebrity image.
As several witnesses have now testified during these past trials that they had purchased and used the drugs with Bumkey, the singer seems to be currently at a disadvantage in the case.
Meanwhile, Bumkey's side is hoping to back up their claims with a testimony from the artist's manager who may be able to provide and alibi for the singer. They have asked for the court to let him testify as a witness, so he may be at the next trial.
