Yang Hyun Suk talks about the criteria for working with his artists on 'Healing Camp'

On the December 1 installment of SBS's 'Healing Camp,' Yang Hyun Suk talked about the criteria for working with his artists.

He said, "There's around 300 employees at YG.  In addition,  we are currently expanding exponentially.  If you ask by what standard I choose [people], it is looking at their potential for growth.

Big Bang is extremely popular and it is true they made big profits for YG.  When I look at Big Bang, I focus on their growth potential.  I don't think I look at whether they earn money or not for YG.  No matter how famous they are or how much money they make, if they show no possibility of developing in the future, I don't want to work with them."

In addition, his mischievous friend Yoo Hee Yeol watched Yang Hyun Suk's behavior and remarked, "It's my first time seeing him like this."  Yang Hyun Suk was taken aback, raising interest.

Yoo Hee Yeol continued, "He is normally very rough.  80% of his words are curses," making everyone laugh.
