It was belatedly reported on November 5 that rapper E-Sens has allegedly been booked on the charges of smoking marijuana.
According to reports, a drug investigation unit in Gyeonggi Province caught a group of individuals involved in illegally importing and circulating 500g of marijuana, which was paid for through a foreign website. Five people, including a Mr. A, have been arrested for their involvement, while three have been detained. Mr. A allegedly communicated with Mr. B, who owns a website selling marijuana in the United States, through SNS in order to sell the illegal substance.
E-Sens is reported to have paid for the product in bulk, and he as well as 27 college students have been remanded for smoking marijuana.
This isn't the first time the rapper has ran into trouble with the law as he was previously sentenced to a 1-year-2-month imprisonment and a 2-year probation after smoking marijuana in 2012.
