According to one account, this Captain America came to the rescue of a taxi stuck in people-traffic, as he guided it out of the crowd. The man who played the hero of the night earned himself a round of applause from onlookers.
Speaking of Captain America, looks like he brought over his friends from the West as well.

Halloween is the best time for adventure in Itaewon.
