'Superstar K6' contestant gains attention with his moving cover of Lee Sun Hee's 'Fate' for his deaf parents

On September 12, 'Superstar K6' aired the above clip featuring Kim Jung Hoon's story as the son of deaf parents. Aside from being unable to hear, his mother has also been diagnosed with thyroid cancer while his father has colorectal cancer. Kim Jung Hoon, who often witnesses his parents suffering from their illnesses day to day, dedicates to them a cover of Lee Sun Hee's "Fate". His emotional singing has touched the judges, his parents, and the TV audience alike--so much so that netizens are watching it again and again, making it a trending video in South Korea at the moment.�
