During a recent interview with Newsen, actress Go Jun Hee revealed that she was rather conceited and immature when she first debuted and rejected her image as a fashionista.
Especially after her appearance on 'Foxy Lady' in which Go Jun Hee appeared as a model, she admitted that many fashion programs and fashion-related events had reached out to her to attend. However, she had rejected the proposals because of her career path as an actress.
She said, "I rejected everything because I thought, 'I need to be an actress.' I told myself that I wouldn't accept any fashion-related offer until I was 25 years old, but it was a very immature and conceited way of thinking."
The actress continued, "Even as a fashionista with a city image, you need a certain foundation to transform, but I thought I had it when I didn't have anything. It was a very conceited decision. At the time, I didn't have anything on my schedule, so I thought that I would be resting for good."
Go Jun Hee also revealed that her motto and the way she viewed how to go through her career has changed. After time passed, she used her complex to her advantage and embraced her fashionista image.
She said, "When I was a rookie, there were so many things that I wanted to do and I was very greedy, so I got really anxious. I didn't actually go through with anything and wasted my time only planning. But now I think I learned how to enjoy myself while working. You meet good people when you enjoy your work, and you also receive good energy."
