On October 6, Facebook page Quickly 5 Dogs posted the above set of photos as a submission from Jang Seung Hoon, who is a Korean citizen of the city of Incheon. The caption submitted by Jang Seung Hoon written above the pictures reads: "Some crazy ahjumma was punishing her dog and closed the door leaving it like that. While passing an Incheon apartment complex, I witnessed this, I saw that [the dog] was on the 3rd~4th floor. I told the security guard but he had no interest. I really think this is wrong…."

Netizen reaction has obviously been negative and furious, because really, how is that even an option for punishment? Top comments on various Facebook pages include, "Crazy bitch, you shouldn't do that to an animal that can't speak [for itself]," "How big of a mistake did [the dog] do for [the owner] to place it at death's windowsill. It's senseless and that ignorant act should be punished," and, "If you were going to do something crazy like that why do you raise a dog, seriously."
