The 'SNS' portion of their ranking counts views from artists' official YouTube channels. However, they've recently announced that they will not be counting any views from MVs that have received a 19+ rating.

Because 'Inkigayo' itself is rated 15+, it's suspected that they decided MVs that its own viewers cannot watch should not be counted in their MV count tabulation.
The first 'victim' of the new rule is HyunA, whose MV count for "Red" is reaching almost 6 million views. However, since her MV is rated 19+, none of those views will count in 'Inkigayo's SNS ranking for her song.
