He was a guest on the 23rd's episode of MBC's 'Quiz to Change the World'. On the show, Sandeul asked the guest doctor if he has any parasites in his body, to which the doctor answered that he did not. The doctor then said that from Sandeul's face, it looked like he had parasites. Sandeul confessed that he had actually been diagnosed with parasites in his lungs.

The doctor suspected pulmonary distomatosis and said,�"If something goes wrong, the parasite can enter your brain. Being on�broadcast�is not�important right now." Sandeul then revealed that he was currently undergoing treatment.
