On the 29th, a soldier, who is currently on break during his military service, wrote a post online titled, "Hyungsik paid for soldiers' food". He wrote, "Hello. I'm a 22-year-old soldier. Today on the 28th, I went on vacation, and I met 'Real Men'. I went to a restaurant in Ilsan with some other soldiers, and we noticed that ZE:A's Hyungsik hyung and Kwanghee hyung were eating two tables away. We were awed and we kept glancing over at them. We were almost done and we were about to get up and leave, and the employee told us that it was already paid for. We didn't know who could have paid for us, so we asked, and she told us that someone named Hyungsik paid for us and left us a memo. The memo read, 'You're working hard. Have strength'. I was so thankful, so I had to write. Please pass this on so others can see it as well."

He also wrote, "Hyungsik hyung, thank you for today. I'll work harder for the rest of my service and finish healthily."
With this post spreading, Hyungsik's agency was reached for comments. After checking with Hyungsik about this, they responded, "It's true that Hyungsik paid for the meals of some soldiers at a restaurant near the MBC Dream Center on the 28th... The agency didn't know about it either until we saw the posts on the internet... When we asked Hyungsik if it was true, he said it was... It seems like since he has been appearing on 'Real Men', he has come to realize how difficult the life of a soldier is and hoped he could install a bit of strength in them by paying for their meals."
