SBS has been testing our patience for the premiere of 'Doctor Stranger' as they tease us with several clips, and one of the latest ones released is the making of the poster shoot for featuring male lead, Lee Jong Suk!
The actor donned various medical outfits like doctor gowns and scrubs to portray his character, Park Hoon, throughout the shoot. His unedited shots showing his tall height and baby face left fans wondering how he'll be able to portray his genius doctor character from North Korea.

There were also interview portions embedded throughout the video, showing Lee Jong Suk talking about his character and the drama. One of the things he said was that the language was difficult for him because he has to go back and forth in dialects to play the North Korean defector living among South Koreans.
Check out the video above! The drama airs on May 5.
