Crayon Pop revealed their thoughts on their viral song "Bar Bar Bar" and famous trademark helmets on the April 8 installment of Mnet's 'Beatles Code 3D.'
They said, "When we first heard 'Bar Bar Bar,' we found it really strange. It was no joke. (In the early drafts) a part of the lyrics was, 'I got sonar can is plain.' Afterwards, it went right to 'jumping, jumping' with no 'bar bar bar.'"
The song was originally for their junior boy group, K-Much, but their CEO made it Crayon Pop's due to the "jumping" part. The girls said, "The chief said that 'jumping' seemed more fit for a girl group, so we ultimately came to sing it."

MC Shin Dong Yup also talked about the fact they've exchanged their trademark helmets now for the cloth wrapped around their heads. He said, "How do you feel now that you took the helmets off?"
The girls said, "The helmets were uncomfortable, so now, we feel really comfortable. We were also greatly embarrassed of the helmets, but we aren't that embarrassed of the cloths. We would sweat in the summer, so [the helmets were] troublesome and difficult."
As Orange Caramel was also on the show, Nana added, "[Now that you guys are wearing the cloth,] your faces look smaller."
