YG Entertainment stated, "We will establish the so-called 'YG Land' in the States to prepare the base for our advancement into North America."
The agency will partner up with 'M+D Properties' to build the landmark that will be located in the building complex 'The Source', which is currently set to be open in Orange County, Southern California by 2015. Through 'YG Land', YG hopes to spread the awareness of its brand and various contents related to its artists.
'YG Land' will feature an all-in-one system with a recording studio, practice room, and full-scale content production infrastructure.
'The Source', which is a shopping and entertainment center that is already under construction, has quite a bit of time before it opens its doors, so it'll probably be even longer until 'YG Land' settles into the plaza. But until then, you can check out the 3D animation of 'The Source' below and imagine where 'YG Land' could be located within the map!
