During an interview with "Entertainment Relay", she was asked about her married life. She answered, "I'm spending my newlywed days well. For the first 2-3 months, there would be times I was surprised at myself. I'd be at home, and then surprise myself by thinking, 'Oh, right, I got married'."
She also revealed that she prepared a huge breakfast for Lee Byung Hun, and said that the biggest change in her married life was that her mother no longer cooked for her.
On her wedding day, she recalled, "I was so busy that day, but I remember everyone who came. I also remember everyone that didn't come. When I called him 'husband', it was my first time calling him that, so both of us got flustered. I call him that sometimes now, and every time, he tells me 'you shouldn't call me like that'."
When she was told, "You don't have to worry at all about your child's looks", she joked, "It's not like that. What happens if I have a daughter, and she has Lee Byung Hun's chin? I'm not saying that's a bad thing, though."
