On the November 16th broadcast of MBC's 'Human Documentary', Kahi revealed how she trained her former members of After School, sharing,�"Each one of the members all auditioned and I participated as well and chose the members together. I gave the member dance lessons and the group that was formed in that way is After School."

Nana�added that Kahi's work ethic despite her age inspired her group, "[Kahi] unni is older than us, but her stamina was better than the maknae. When we practiced, we always tried to stretch our bodies so we turned on the music, and ran around the practice room around ten times while singing as well. But Kahi unni didn't get tired and would raise her legs in a 90 degree angle while the other members felt like dying. But since [Kahi] unni kept on doing it without exhaustion, the members gained strength from that and didn't quit and followed unni and worked hard."

Kahi also shared, "Who's supposed to be here? What is going on here? Why is it like this here? Fix it, let's practice... I think I've only said these kinds of words all the time. I didn't know how one compliment can change someone so much. Like a fool, I only focused on work so I felt very regretful. I feel very sorry to the members now for those things... After I graduated [After School], I wasn't able to meet [with the members] often. Because my personality is also not the type to contact someone first. But if Nana contacts me sometimes, I meet her then so I see her most often [among the members]. I was in charge of the members. As I was trying to do that, there was no one to look after me. Because I have to look after the members. I looked after the members myself." This brought her on the verge of tears as she shared, "Why am I [crying]? When I think of those times, I felt sorry for myself. It is pitiful."
