The singer held a special intimate concert with 40 female guests, who were all also 20 years of age, for the show. She read a story sent in by a concertgoer who chose to try to start her own business rather than go to college.
IU commented, "To me that's an impressive act. I debuted in my 3rd year of middle school. A sunbae told me before that kids who become celebrities only grow in one way. It's right to grow in all aspects slowly, but when you become a celebrity, only one part will grow quickly while the others don't grow as much. The sunbae said I should be careful of that."
"I'm relating to those words more and more. I thought, 'I guess it really is that way.' It's because I only focus on what I need to do, so my social skills aren't as developed. I always think, 'I'm still stuck in my 3rd year of middle school.' When I'm not growing, there are others who do businesses, so that's a big deal to me."
IU also revealed her thoughts on turning 22 (Korean age) in 2 months, "Whenever a student in uniform calls me, 'Unni,' it feels weird. It's weird that I'm 21 as well. There's a stylist that came in, and it was interesting and weird that someone younger than me was working. It's a good feeling, but at the same time, it's a little scary... I've always thought that the number 22 was pretty since I was a kid though... I'm looking forward to it."
