The actress suffered an accident when filming equipment fell on her face, causing her to be rushed to the emergency room. Her agency�Namoo Actors�stated,�"Moon Geun Young suffered an injury from equipment falling on her face during filming and was sent to the emergency room for a checkup on the 18th. At the time, her eyes were getting swollen leading her to halt filming. She rested until the following day and was able to recover. She has now returned to filming."
